Welcome to the home of RCC Dams

This website has been created so that searches are possible of a database containing details of all the Roller Compacted Concrete Dams (RCC Dams) in the World.

MD&A (Malcolm Dunstan & Associates) has been maintaining this database for some 15 years. A Summary Table has been published annually since 1989, initially in Water Power & Dam Construction and latterly in the World Atlas of Hydropower & Dams. If anyone finds inaccuracies in the database or knows of an RCC dam that has not been included, please contact mda@rccdams.co.uk.

Also included in the website are details of some of the RCC dams with which MD&A has had an involvement - a series of photographs of the construction is included for each project.

There is also a news section that highlights events at RCC dams at which MD&A is working.
